Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full spectrum of staff recruitment and selection process
  • Monitor staff performance, leave and attendance record
  • Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination of contracts, resignations, transfer and/or other movements of staff and ensure that the relevant forms are completed timely
  • Ensure that new employees receive all relevant starter documentation and that conditional offers are prepared and contract of employment are signed and issued
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with recruitment agencies, training provider and HRDF
  • In charge of updating and filing of employees’ training record
  • Prepare monthly attrition rate, absence frequency rate and Overall percentage of working-days lost in the company
  • Hands-on in dealing with any disciplinary issues
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and management of work related issues
Requirements
  • Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent
  • Have good command of English in both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgable in Employment Act and IR related matters
  • Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen
  • Posses strong knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgable in regulating statutory deductions such as EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax

Help Desk
Responsibilities
  • Responding to queries via chat, email or phone
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Identify, diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Prepare Ad Hoc report
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of helpdesk activity by analyzing and proposing recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Have good command of English in both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgable with all document architecture

Network Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Provide network and infrastructure support to business/production operation
  • Perform troubleshooting of internetworking devices such as routers, switches, wireless LAN and etc. for network problems and outages
  • Coordination with vendors for cabling requirement
  • Establish stable and maintainable IT network infrastructure through the implementation of industry best practices and exploration of new technologies, so as to achieve efficient system management
  • Configure document systems and support the process
  • Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies by defining and monitoring access
  • Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance and schedulling updates and upgrades
Requirements
  • Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Networking or equivalent
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel to perform on-site networking support
  • Have good command of English in both written and verbal
  • Knowledgable with all networking architecture
  • Willing to perform 24/7 network support

IT Engineer
Responsibilities
  • To support, maintain and coordinate existing application system, software, hardware and network system to meet business requirements
  • Maintain and administer Windows-based PC
  • Ensure IT procedure is in compliance with the Company’s Information System Security Policy
  • Provide system installation and trouble shooting of computer hardware, software applications and networking
  • Track and maintain IT inventory of computer hardware and software licenses
  • Manage local inventory of PCs and parts in Customer’s premises including record in accordance to the Stock Policy and Procedures

Resident Engineer
Responsibilities
  • Software Support providing problem diagnosis and resolution for licensed, authorized operating systems and application Software
  • Ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common IT and business issues
  • Works on problems/projects of moderately medium-complex scope
  • Manage local inventory of PCs and parts in Customer’s premises including record in accordance to the Stock Policy and Procedures
  • Act as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input
  • Evaluate unique circumstances and makes recommendations
  • Perform installations, moves, adds, changes, un-install and refresh to End User client software and hardware in accordance to policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Willing to work at customers office to perform on-site technical support
  • Willing to work 24/7 operations support or pager call-out
  • Have good command of English in both written and verbal
  • Knowledgable with computer hardware and software

Server Engineer
Responsibilities
  • To assist Server Infra Engineer Lead in designing, implementing and supporting server infrastructure
  • To install, test and configure servers, storage, OS and virtulization
  • To troubleshoot, diagnose and rectify any server infrastructure related issues when required
  • Protects computer assets by developing security strategies while directing system control development and access management, monitoring, control, and evaluation.
  • Work will include both “in-house” and in the field as and when required
Requirements
  • Posses a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel to perform on-site technical support
  • Possess good understanding in Storage and Backup Technologies
  • Possess good understanding in Networking Protocols and Technologies
  • Have good command of English in both written and verbal
  • Knowledgable with server hardware and software
  • Knowledgable with networking terms
  • Able to write and maintain technical documents, analysis reports, general reports when required
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and able to prioritize work accordingly
